We talk once a week for six weeks.There’s no set agenda beyond what feels alive for you. Some sessions are reflective, some are practical, some are quiet. I listen carefully, reflect back what I’m hearing, and help you notice patterns, tensions, or truths you may be skimming past.This isn’t about optimising your life or figuring everything out. It's about creating enough space to notice what's true and move forward in a way that feels honest.

I charge on a sliding basis depending on your situation.Most people pay between US$500 to $900 for the six weeks.If money is a concern, we can talk about it honestly.
