If you decided to become a professional swimmer, could you do it?
If you’re not a good swimmer, or can’t swim, it’s an audacious goal. But not IMPOSSIBLE.
Show up at the pool each day, do the laps, refine, train, learn, and repeat.
EVERYDAY. 7 days a week. NO HOLIDAYS.
Let’s forget about the audacious goal for now. Assume you show up every day at the pool, do the laps, refine, train, learn, and repeat.
How good do you think you will be in 10 days?
6 months? 1 year?
I bet it will get you into your town’s swim club and championship.
And if you carried on for another year?
Into the county or state league.
Keep it up, and eventually, you get to the pros.
Audacious, not impossible.
Through consistent, everyday action.
That’s what we want to focus on. And let the outcome take care of itself.
Have a burning goal or desire to accomplish?
Break it down into small steps. Then take one step every day. Show up, and do your best. No excuses. Show up, take action. Show up, take action.
Let the outcome take care of itself.
