Ah, procrastination. I used to be the king of deferral.

I mean, there’s always tomorrow, right? Today seems so rushed. I need some more time to think about it.

Few more tweaks. And then there’s the whole conversation about perfection. Can’t ship out some unfinished work that’s going to be judged!

A few more months. And I’ll be ready.

I have a black book of the projects and dreams that have failed before even starting. It hurts.

So much time, energy, resource, money, sacrifice went into dreaming up and planning those projects. I had to sacrifice time with my family to work on it.

And nothing to show for it today. It’s not even about others.

Nothing to show myself. And I can’t have the time back with my family.

Procrastination is a killer of dreams.

Once you leave procrastination land, perfection is right there waiting. In case you survived.
